Small but quality farm. Specialize in Caribe potatoes and landscape plants. Various dish gardens and homemade trough gardens. Located north of Metropolitan Atlanta right off of I-85. Member of the Georgia Land Stewardship and farm is National Federation Wildlife Habitat. Home of Georgia Champion Pagoda Dogwood Tree. Although we have been growing organically since 1983, we are "certified exempt" through the State of Georgia due to our small sized farm and under the minimum sales levels. Come see us! You will be glad you did! We also sell at the Suwanee, Georgia Open Air Farmers Market each Saturday morning, starting on May 19th in Suwanee. Come see us and let us know you learned about us on LocalHarvest!
The Village Market at Life University offers locally grown fruits, vegetables, plants and other edible delights in an open air setting on the beautiful Life University campus. This is a producer-only market -- come meet the folks who grow the food.
All growers/vendors are certified organic or sustainable producers. This Wednesday market is open to the entire community. Come experience the taste difference in fresh, local produce. More nutritional, safer to eat, better for the environment. We invite additional growers and artisans to contact us for participation.
We're always looking for musical entertainment and demonstrations/lessons for cooking with local and seasonal foods.
