I am on a lifelong journey of exploration of myself and the world around me. A psychologist by training, I currently have a wellness consulting practice in which I provide one-on-one coaching and workshops for people seeking to increase balance, health and happiness in their lives. I strive to live what I teach others. After a lifetime in Connecticut, I made the decision to move to the DC area  about two years ago. I've never looked back.
