recently made the decision to go as green as i can by reducing, reusing and recycling anything i am able to. i am also trying to live a healthier lifestyle to include eating healthier organic foods whenever possible. i have started to practice yoga several times in my life but am determined to stick to it this time and start a yoga program that i follow every day.
