I am a mother of 6 children who have now all left home. I suffer from anxiety and am on a quest to find ways to end this health issue. I know many people are living with similar problems and I write articles of a personal nature from a regular persons perspective on panic,stress and depression too. I had a heart attack last August 2006 at the age of 51 and am learning to live a more healthy life both mentally and phyically.
