A stay at home mom to 2 little boys. I love to cook and bake. We currently live in Ireland for 3 more months. It is a lot of fun! I like to practice yoga, pilates and run. Our family loves to hike. We are really enjoying the hikes here in Ireland along the sea. I am constantly looking for healthy alternatives for my family. We have become very big recyclers lately- Ireland really is a 'green' country. We have a brown bin for all food waste that is picked up weekly. .
