I believe self-understanding is the answer to living an exciting, fulfilling life. I work on my own self-understanding every day. My work has to do with expressing my original life-style in a creative way. I do a five day a week, natural foods cooking show in Costa Rica and have been on the air for twenty years. I work with my father who is author of the book WE'RE HAVING SEX RIGHT NOW! He is a clinical psychologist, has a psychological section on my show, his own television talk show every Saturday night, maintains his private practice, loves to do contruction work, sings and writes songs...well that's my dad! I sort of do the same thing! I like to interact with others who are interested in living with self-understanding. I enjoy working on projects and looking for innovative ways to reach people with messages for good living. My main interest at the moment is helping my father with the promotion of his wonderful book and his work of a life-time.

HI again

Sorry I have been so late answering you. i have been all over the west coast gathering interviews and etc for my radio show.

I meet with the TV station today for lunch. They are offering to do another 26 shows with me if we can work out the details.

Is your dad's book available at Amazon?

I have friends coming your way at the end of the month if you would like to meet them. They are going to visit Costa Rica for about 3 months. They are both rather unusual guys but very nice and always doing something interesting.
