Hillary Rosner is a freelance writer based in Boulder, Colorado. She is a former senior editor at the Village Voice and contributing editor at New York magazine, and she now writes about science and the environment for magazines and newspapers including The New York Times, Seed, and Audubon. Hillary is completing an MS in environmental studies from the University of Colorado, where she was the recipient of a National Science Foundation IGERT grant to study climate change. A native New Yorker and mountain transplant, Hillary lives in Boulder with her husband and two dogs.
