Interests: I love putting wonderful organic food into my body. I love exercise, dance, running, swimming in tropical waters, yoga, breathing. I love healing and traveling. I am still creating my dream of combining the two in my career. I am passionate about supporting people through their life process. That is what I do for a living as a therapist. It is truely intriguing for me. This is where I thrive. I love witnessing people in their healing process and watching them transform. I love being so uttlerly connected with myself. Feels like a total gift! I love learning about other cultures and experiencing them. I love to nurture my relationships. Inspiration: My inspiration is my trust in life unfolding and the way things happen. It is fasinating for me to see the universe in action. I trust in perfect timing of life, even when emotionally it may feel otherwise. I trust in divine order. All of the paths inspire me because they are all wanting to get to the same place. I connect with eastern philosophy, and ancient ways of healing. Virtues: I am a very patient, compassionate, empathetic, playful person. I can also be very assertive and set appropriate boundaries with people. My goal is to always attempt to relate and hear people first with out judgement, then express my feelings. Vices: I practice meditiation, yoga, emotional release therapy, breath work, journaling, eating wonderful things for my body, prayer, and having fun. I am a holistic therapist in Southern California. I specialize in what is called "Holistic Pyschology." It is a truly holistic healing process that gets to the core or emotional, mental, and physical issues. My passions are alternative medicine and healing, travel, and helping people. I came into this work out of my own desire for health and healing. I was chronically sick as a child and had a lot of emotional pain. From doing the work for myself, my life and body have completely transformed and now I just want to offer it to others while continuing in my own process. I believe in "healer, heal thyself." I am looking to work with others in a big way. For example I am looking to work with others on projects that will have a huge positive impact on the planet. I am very playful and loving. I am fasinated by people and their life process. I hope to marry the love of my life and have children in a few years. I want everyone to know that the most joyful thing they can think of or dream of for themselves is possible and they can create it! I love working with individuals, groups, and couples. I have a office here in Encinitas, California. I also do phone sessions for my long distance clients. What is happening in the world right now is a turning point for our planet. We are in a healing crisis. This is a time when everyone can benefit from looking deep inside themselves for answers and truths. |
