Inspiration: my inspiration is my grandfather. he is in his late stages of alzhiemers and its been a eye opener for me. He suffered from diebetes most of his life. he is from a small town and did not know anything about eating well and i know this is what has come from it. i am devoting my life and my studdies to him and anyone else out there suffering due to these matters. I am 23. I live a gluten free lifestyle. I am a possible aspergers disorder overcomer. I am persuing a degree in culinary arts to help others get great healty food that makes you feel better physically and emotionally. I spend time everyday working on new recipes and new ideas to make my food taste as much if not better than others. I feel that if more people out there knew about the effects on the body and mind food has and found food that taste great they will look more into it. |
