Hello all,

I am a nurse and currently work for a healthcare company that helps to decrease hospitalizations for the chronically ill and we try to help them move into wellness.  I have three children, four grandchildren and I share my home and my love with three dogs.  I would be happy to share some of my experience and knowledge with any one interested and would like to learn more about alternative health care, it's proven effectiveness ect.  I am always up for a lively debate.  I would also like to have feedback and ideas on the treatment of menopause, esp. if any one has any ideas on how to avoid HRT.
