Native American, spiritual, artist, generous, kind, friendly, opinionated, intellectual, patient most of the time. I tend to be introspective, it is where I spend alot of time. I weave Navajo rugs, and it is a spiritual journey for me most of the time, I also do other types of art work, mainly Native American beadwork. I enjoy peace and quiet to lots of noise and crowds. I go out occasionally but I prefer to be at home in the company of my sister and relatives. Because i am creating images, patterns all of the time I prefer to be alone so I can get things painted or drawn and than there is the planning the process of what I want to make. I like walking outdoors and studying what I see. I have been this way since I was a child. I have passed this on to my nieces and nephews, and their children, whom I consider my grandkids. I love to be with children and listen to them express what they have on their minds. I substitute for the local public school. So I get all the Native kids doing traditional types of artwork. |
