05.23.0835 MinutesBonnie(dog) and I went up and down hills little one'. In Whitefield, NH. It has been raining here off and on. Winded and asthma, allegies, fibermylia pain. Pain in fibermlyia is pain is the worst then my asthma is.
05.22.0820 MinutesBonnie and I walked to the bank and walk around the block. It was great, still having problems with asthma, allegies and fibermylia. But I keep on doing it. Bonnie is mine dog. She keeps me going at time. Rain all week here. As gas prices go up the northen nh has bring change.
05.20.0820 MinutesTook the bus into Littlton, NH and walked inside of walmart. Which it was because of rain. NO, malls around here to walk in. But it was great and came home and took Bonnie for afternoon walk too around block in Whitefield, NH

05.16.0825 MinutesBonnie and I went walking today and it was good. It was getting ready to rain today. Still have fibermyolia and asthmas different. But I am pushing on with the pain working though it too. Some days are better then others for me. Walking is helping still feet and ankle pain.
05.14.0830 MinutesDoing stairs today. It is lundry day and I have to go up and down stair and out to clothes line to hung them up. I don't use a drier ever.32 stairs times 6 times today.So, I am walking. Asthma and fibermylia is given me lots of trouble and will take Bonnie for a walk to afternoon too.

It is hard to belive that this could bring you to your knee in pain all the time..I enjoy walking and I will keep it up until I can't do it any longer either
05.12.0830 MinutesTook Bonnie and I out for a walk this morning, very painful today. Legs and back hurt lots today. Asthma wasn't to bad either. Yesterday got my hair cut for locks of love and that was fun. Pain of fibermylia is unreal and very hard to say how it feels all the time. But I am still walking and will until I can't do any more
05.09.0840 MinutesBonnie and I took a good walk today. Asthama, allegies and fibermylia played a great factor today. We walked longer then we have before other then one other time. We kept on going up some little hills and down again. It was really fun to do and push on to do it too.Working though the pain and benelthing problems too Hopefully I will have the money to buy a new pair of walking shoes too
05.08.0825 MinutesI took our dog Bonnie out for evening walk it was raining here this morning. As more and more tree's and flowers my asthma and allegies are kicking up lots. As I walk my fibermyolia pain is getting alright, the pain isn't gone all the way. But I am not given up either one but keep on tring that is all and making me stronger.
05.07.0825 MinutesBeen sick for last couple of days with my fibermoylia. So today is my first day walking again. Bonnie(pet dog) and I went for nice long walk around town of Whitefield, NH in northern NH. This is hard for me to do everyday between fibermyolia and allegies and asthma. But I do keep on going or try. I also try not do any meds because I am not sure what is in them.
05.01.0815 MinutesCold here in northern nh. Bonnie and I went for our walk. My fibermylia was very painful today. But I did keep on walking. Doing it!! My asthma was acting up too. So, we had keep it slow today.
04.28.0815 MinutesI took Bonnie for a walk in the heavy wind in the northern NH and was lot for my asthma to do. My pain from fibermolyia was painful too and got a late start.
04.27.0820 MinutesMy husband I took our dog Bonnie for a walk on old railroad beds in our hometown, I did become in pain in my feet and lower legs. Head and neck ache too. But I am fighting though the pain of fibermylia and ibs.
04.25.0840 MinutesWe went to Lancaster, NH by bus and then we walked up and down main street and then took the bus to Littleton, nh and did the same thing. But leg and feet still gave me problems. I didn't walk the last three days because of pain of fibermylia but It will not get the best of me too
04.22.0830 MinutesBonnie and I walked in the warm heat and on earth day. We meet someone with MS and that was sad. My feet and ankels were hurting still. My asthma and allegies are bad. Fibermylia is is bad but I keep on pushing myself to finish and not turn back and give up

04.18.0820 MinutesWarm here. Still in pain when I am walking with my dog. I do think it is fibermylia pain and legs and feet are just a part of it. I do wish I could walk another 20 min at the same time and instead of two 20 min walk. Warm morning here in northern nh
