Better chickens, better soup
by Vicki_R on March 2, 2007 - 9:15am
The other day I used an organic chicken to make my fabulous chicken soup (and don't ask for the family secret recipe).  Anyway, I was a bit skeptical since I usually use Kosher chickens.  But to my surprise, it really came out the same if not a bit sweeter.  I will now use  the organic chicken, even if it costs a bit more.  Not only did the soup taste good, but I felt better eating it.
