Great video on how sea salt is harvested in India. I always wondered how it was done. Now I see why sea salt is more expensive. I agree that it is worth the extra expense since it is so pure and it does support the local culture.
I argue with my Mom all the time about how much salt is too much in our diets. She likes salt so she of course says it's not harmful. I don't know of a web site that discusses this issue, does anyone else?
