Where can I find a free converter tool that converts avi to ipod compatable and to DVD? I have this one know but I have the trial version (it's really expensive, but good quality =[ ) so it says 'Trial Version' and I wanted to burn a DVD for my friend but I don't want it to say 'Trial Verion' on the DVD when she watches it. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm hunting for a green collar job. Seems to me like most of the sites devoted to these types of occupations are either terribly outdated or terrible in terms of content (jobs poorly disguising themselves as green actually make it onto the site). Does anyone have any helpful links or insight on the subject? 

I'm getting hitched this October and I'm doing my best to make our big event's environmental impact, well, little. If you've been to a green wedding or event, let's hear what worked and what didn't.
