Sales of off-road vehicles have sky-rocketed recently. What environmental impact does this have? Should off-road vehicles be allowed in national parks?

Motor examines the controversial issue of off-road motor vehicle use on public lands and documents the heavy environmental damage that jeeps, ATVs, jet skis, snowmobiles, and all the other personal motorized transportation devices coming on the market cause in areas that Congress has set aside to be preserved land for future generations.
