Christmas, Yule Plants and natural decorations

Naturally I was in a dead spot and couldn't call today. I really enjoyed hearing about folks replanting their poinsettias today. I remember getting one a few years ago after all the decorations were coming down. The poor thing looked like a stick, but I repotted it and sure enough the darn thing resprouted. I moved it outside to a raised bed in the spring and boy did it grow! Now I didn't have the 6 foot moster poinsettia that y'all were laughing about, but it was about 3 feet high by the fall!

Oh for the essential oils on the potpourri...Get a carrier oil like a sweet almond oil to stretch out those expensive essential oils. You can dilute the essential oils in the carriers. Just use your 3 or 4 drops and add them to 30 drops of the carrier oil. You still get the great smell, but you get more of it!
