DELICA rf-1 offers a variety of beautifully prepared meals to take away. Side dishes, main courses, fresh-fried foods, and substantial salads. Signature dishes include wasabi garlic potato salad, spicy burdock and lotus root salad, DELICA sushi rolls, hijiki salad, Japanese curries, and Kobe-style deep-fried savory croquettes filled with potatoes, Far West Fungi mushrooms in a porcini bechamel sauce, or shrimp. They use only all natural, hormone-free meats. Seasonal produce is used when available. The Panko breadcrumbs are made fresh daily with ACME's organic Pain de Mie bread. Lots of organic and vegan options, including teas and desserts.
