To continue with daily meditation
by Lisa_Hepner on February 3, 2008 - 1:34pm

Forming a daily habit of meditation has been the difference that made the difference in my life.  For me, meditation isn't about locking yourself in a room in an uncomfortable position with your eyes closed, repeating a mantra you can't pronounce.

Meditation is a way of "Being."  It's a way of living.  Meditation is about living fully in the moment and being aware of the truth of who you are.  I meditate while waiting, doing daily activities and I have a regular practice.
