Fake meat

It is amazing what they can so with meat substitutes. I love Vegan fast food; it tastes just as good as a normal burger, fries, chicken sandwich, etc... And you don't feel drained after you eat it.

There are not so many choices in China. I wish the world vegan day would be held here one day.

A Time For Change
by ostm0003 on January 5, 2007 - 9:04pm
A year ago I just had no awareness about what I was really eating. It's just insane how animals (land and sea) are being used, treated and the consequences that go along with it. Now I'm learning and going from there. I'm a veggie now and will soon be joining the vegan family:) I haven't been sick since I've gone with organic foods and have cut out meats and most dairy. Everyone I work with get's sick all of the time. I feel better than I used to too. Like not as depressed and angry. Somethings up with all of this and I'm glad the world is "waking up".

I have been a vegetarian for about a year and a half now and have been exploring veganism.  This video was semi informative and I am more aware of what products involve the use of animal products now that I've seen it.  I'm not full blown vegan yet but I am excited and motivated to continue educating myself about it.

To each his own

It's always good to have choices.  Being a vegan is more than just adhering to a restricted diet, it is about changing ones lifestyle to live a particular kind of life.  That is the beauty of being a carnivore, vegetarian, vegan or belonging to the raw movement.  Each of our bodies is unique and it is wonderful that we have the tools available to us to make the best decision for ourselves.
