It's all about balance and moderation.  It seems so easy.  We all really know what we should be eating to sustain a healthy lifestyle.  We just choose to eat that cookie or indulge with a second helping of lasagna.  It all comes back to the same thing.  If it's processed, it isn't good for you.  Eat foods that are in their most natural state.  It costs more to eat like this, but you'll pay more later if you don't watch what you eat now.
