Lack of Sleep Causes Weight Gain

According to researchers, the risk of obesity increases with less sleep: Compared to adults who sleep seven hours per night, people who get 6 hours are 23 percent more likely to be obese; that jumps to 50 percent at five hours. A similar trend affects kids.
