Guilty of this too

I work a regular 8 hour day but come home and help my husband with his business 2 to 3 hours a night. As it gets later and later each night I am painfully aware of the sleep that I am depriving myself of. The biggest disadvantage to me is a lack of that well being feeling the next day. I don't feel like myself and I certainly can't think straight. I know I am doing myself a great injustice but like the author of the article said, we only have 24 hours each day.
