You make it  sound so simple!  If everyone could just put their mind to it and make similiar changes, the world would be a cleaner and better place to live.  Good luck.

Go Organic!

If anyone has been contemplating going all organic then all you need to do is read Renee loux's book "The Balanced Plate" and it will convert you. The book is half really good info and half vegan recipies.

Take a walk on the organic side!
