Reply to VickiR - living in the moment is a great thing to practice, I take you back to your other post about resolutions and not keeping them. If people would live in the moment and be mindfull and stop worrying about what kind of person they wish they were and accept life "as it is" then you as a person would feel better about yourself and not feel the need to change to societies perceptions.

On today's LIME homepage, their was an article about yoga and the affects it may have in fighting memory loss. I thought it was great that the medical community was starting to realize the benefits of yoga and acknowledge it as a potential way to fight dimentia and alzheimers. The power of mediation is awesome, if you can channel it right. I have trouble sometimes doing that. Check out the article.
