Substituting superfoods for mainstays in a regular eating plan is a simple lifestyle change that’s not only painless, but delicious too. Incorporating these powerhouses of nutrition is relatively easy and can be less expensive than buying processed unhealthier fare. Blueberry picking?!? That sounds like a LOT of fun! I don’t think have ever gone to go picking anything. The only thing that I have ever picked is apricot’s and grapes from my grandparents’ back yard. Sounds like you have to go exploring, that’s what I like! Guess I will have to do some research to find out where I can do these kinds of things in my area.
