Hey everybody, whats up? How is everyone keeping up with their digestive health. Some of the foods we're eating isn't all that great for our digestive track and there has to be something out there to help. Does anyone have the helpful hints about what beneficial foods to eat?
You can find kombucha in a bottle at some natural food stores and restaurants, or buy it online. Or you can brew your own at home but it gets old pretty quickly... in every way.
Try enzymes, which you can buy at any vitamin store. And some foods, like papaya, have a lot of natural enzymes, which help with digestion.
And then there's the old standby: fruit and veggies, of which there's a stupendous selection at this time of year.
