What is your digestive track saying?
Posted by macy stafforino on April 28, 2008 - 1:11pm.
Hey everybody, whats up?  How is everyone keeping up with their digestive health.  Some of the foods we're eating isn't all that great for our digestive track and there has to be something out there to help.  Does anyone have the helpful hints about what beneficial foods to eat?

Kombucha is a fermented food and contains probiotics (healthy bacteria and yeast) that aid in digestion.

Hey, those alternatives sound really great.  The Kombucha sound really difficult to come across though, but that's just my guess.  Also, what therapies are you talking about, layla?  Is it like yoga and stuff?  You should really check out prebiotics.  There is a company called LiveActive that uses prebiotics to keep your digestive system on track.
