That's nice to know. I've been too concerned about what not to eat .... Mixing these two techniques together will probably have better results as opposed to just trying one.

My friend started eating raw for awhile.  All she ate was a ton of veggies and fruit, all in there natural state.  She ate and ate and ate, never giving a thought to how much she was eating.  Because they are mostly low in calories, she could eat until she was full.  For  her, she needed that feeling of being filled up.

I try and do that when  I am hungry.  Eat lots of berries and watermelon.  It does work and I don't feel so guilty.

Low fat as well as low calorie are the best for dieting even in general to lose weight if you change how you eat and stick to a good eating plan you'll lose weight if you reduce the calories and fat you take in, forget about diet pills to burn fat just eat healthy.
