I think that in my culture (well half of it...) it's easier to eat healthier. Or at least I feel it was easier to eat healthier when I was a child than it is now.
When I used to live in mexico as a child, I remember always enjoying a "pico de gallo" as my mum and I would walk downtown. Pico de gallo is basically just a lot of fruit with some chilli and lemon juice on top.
