Center yourself for a better business meeting.

Have you ever been at a business meeting where you’ve got something to say, but another person goes on talking? You can actually feel that anticipation building inside your body. What’s happening to your breath right now? You can’t listen if your breath is agitated. So try this at your next meeting. As you're listening, center your posture and breathe easy. You’ll notice your sense organs open up like the aperture of a camera lens getting wider. All of the sudden, you’re awake, you’re centered, and you can respond appropriately to whatever is happening at that table. Whether you’re under attack by a hostile boss, or you’re about to give the most important presentation of your life, yoga teaches you to feel at ease by listening to the feedback from your breath and centering your posture. Wait, sit back, listen; yoga shows you how.
