the image of the person presenting the message blocks the understanding of the deeper meaning of the video. —which is essentially our individual choice. so judging superficial impurities at others isn’t related to how we need to improve the perception of ourselves. —if you could listen again and instead of judging her, feel her words and how they are connected to ourlives, maybe our negative emotions might lose their power over us.
