What is the meaning of spirituality? Deepak reveals that the real meaning of spirituality is awareness. If you can be self-aware you are spiritual. The first step in spirituality is to ask questions. What do I want? Who are my heroes? What is my purpose? And if you live in those questions, someday you will move into the answers.

I love to walk but I don't have the time in the day to get it done. I solved this problem with a treadmill desk. You walk while you work without sweating and feel energized by the end of the day.Thanks for sharing good info.

I agree. I think it is deeper than that. what about this definition from the American Heritage Dictionary? spir·i·tu·al (sp¹r“¹-ch›-…l) adj. 1. Of, relating to, consisting of, or having the nature of spirit; not tangible or material. 2. Of, concerned with, or affecting the soul. 3. Of, from, or relating to God; deific. 4. Of or belonging to a church or religion; sacred. 5. Relating to or having the nature of spirits or a spirit; supernatural.
