Good point. I try to buy products made from recycled products whenever possible, especially when going to the supermarket. Using your own shopping bags rather than the plastic ones available in store is also important.

Wow,That sounds great.Remember every electronic item is a product of Ewaste and it is turned again into Ewaste after usage.

Recyclying has been a very useful concept and it help a lot in technology enhancements.I really feel responsible for that.

I may have to think about his message more.  It seems so simple. Since Valentine's Day is coming up, it makes me think about my husband and myself.  Interesting point about denying the traits in yourself.

Absolutely true in my experience.  The hardest part is to be brutally honest with yourself.  Once you accept the 'disliked' trait in yourself(that you've been spending so much energy to keep out of your conscious awareness), that person will not bother you as much.

Yes, the commercial light
by guji on June 13, 2009 - 12:18am

Yes, the commercial light tuna is still slightly lower in mercury than the Wild Planet Albacore. But many people--myself included--prefer the milder flavor and the firmer texture of albacore tuna.
